Scaling the Inefficient System
You cannot scale an inefficient system. You must first remove the inefficiencies so that money accelerates growth rather than accelerating loss.
The business pays for the feature plus the cost of feeding its own inefficiency. Automating the mess makes it more inefficient. The fix is removing the extra architecture cost first. That extra is sync tax.
